I knitted a sock. I was going to make a pair as a Christmas present for someone, butI got tired of knitting around and around, so I decided it was a perfect fit for me, and I truly believe that the first socks I will ever make should be kept for myself. If I change my mind, I will send the socks to my sister or niece, it's very cold over there.
Now, I must knit the second sock, so that this one will not be lonely. I certainly wouldn't mind having one kind of a sock in one foot and one other kind in other foot, but my feet might not like that, who knows. I promise to make the other one, just to get practice on this new adventure in sock knitting. This sock looks weird, really.
