I am starting to feel very strange, I am knitting socks during my free time. I should be working on my freeform top and hubby's cardigan, but nooooh, socks it is, and many of them started.
Belle Eloque socks that I mentioned in my previous post, are frogged and started again with a "normal" cuff. I didn't like my picot edging, I wasn't careful in turning the cuff, and it was crooked at some parts. I could have tried again, but was too busy to start the new pair. So far it looks great.
Here is a new sock, "Seaweed Socks" by Wendy Johnson. I went to get the link, and noticed that Wendy has started new socks. This is going to kill me, this sock phase.

You weren't kidding when you said you were knitting socks!! I love the colors in this pair.
I guess socks really are addicting! I can't wait- I got a sock book being shipped to me in the mail. They will be my first pair. I am kind of excited because I really want to discover what everyone is talking about! p.s. I am the moderator of the new Ravelry group!
LOL, socknitting is a passion, this is true, and VERY ADDICTING! I have a very long list of designs and things that I would like to knit, but it always seems to be socks OTN! Love your socks!
Hey, I'm back again, LOL! Thanks for your kind words! I wanted to tell you about the avatar you were talking about. I did the background here: http://www.jacksonpollock.org/ It's fun, you click your mouse and then start moving it around, click the mouse to change colors! When I finished I clicked the "PrtScn" (print screen) button on the top of my keyboard and open Photoshop Elements (you can also use the "Paint" program that is under the "Accessories" tab on a Windows computer and then I click Edit and Paste and the Splat screen design appears - I then cropped the image to remove the computer stuff that was on the screen and changed the size of the picture to avatar size. Oh, the one I have "KNIT" on I used a filter or 2 from Elements, but it can be done easily with the Paint program, too. That page is quite addicting, LOL! I'm easily pleased, LOL!
Wow, love all your socks. They are beautiful.
